We Educate
After a thorough examination, we’ll walk you through exactly what we find – in plain language you can actually use. We believe informed patients make better decisions about their care, so we take the time to explain your oral health, answer your questions, and make sure you leave with a complete picture.
You Decide
There’s no pressure here. Once you understand your options, the decisions are yours. We’ll support whatever path you choose and work with you to build a care plan that fits your goals, your timeline, and your budget.
FAQ's
How do I schedule my first appointment?
Scheduling is easy. You can give us a call at (770) 922-7900 or fill out the form on our Contact Us page and a member of our team will reach out to get you set up.
Is parking available?
Yes – we offer free parking right on site. Just pull in and come on in.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card if applicable, and a list of any medications you’re currently taking.
Do I need to fill out paperwork beforehand?
We offer new patient forms online so you can complete them from the comfort of home before your appointment. This helps us make the most of your time in the office.
Will my previous dental records be needed?
Not necessarily. We’ll conduct our own comprehensive exam at your first visit, so you don’t need to track anything down beforehand. You’re welcome to bring recent X-rays from a previous provider, and we’re happy to review them. However, image quality can vary, and in some cases new X-rays may be needed to ensure an accurate diagnosis and complete picture of your oral health.
Financial Information
We accept any plan that allows you the flexibility to choose your own dentist. Most dental insurance plans include this option, meaning you’re never limited to a restricted network.
Being out-of-network allows us to focus on what’s best for you rather than what’s dictated by an insurance plan. It means more time with your provider, treatment recommendations based on your needs, and a higher standard of care overall.
